Refund Policy
- Unsuccessful Delivery
- If delivery fails due to reasons such as no call reply, wrong address provided, or no door opening at the time of delivery, 80% of the purchase amount will be deducted from the refund.
- The remaining 20% will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the unsuccessful delivery is confirmed.
- Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, please provide us with a recorded video proof showing the damaged item as you open the parcel.
- Upon verification of the video proof, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that the video must be clear and unedited to be considered valid.
No Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final.
No Cancellation or Return Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged products as specified above.
